Our online help and frequently asked questions facility has been designed to help you find answers to commonly asked questions and get help even when we are closed.
To use the facilty, you can browse for an answer using the 'category' buttons below or if you would like to ask a question that isn't listed below, then you can click on the 'ask a new question' button and submit a question to our support team 24 hours a day.
Our Ask the Expert feature has been developed with the intention of providing expert one-to-one advice to our customers. The information we supply will be accurate to the best of our knowledge but we accept no liability for any damage or loss as a result of using our advice. We try to respond to all questions but submitting a question is not a guarantee of a response, nor that the response you receive will resolve any problems you submit.
